Terms of service

1. Who we are
MirrorBookSQL is provided by Lumii.me FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: support@mirrorbooksql.com. These terms apply when you install the MirrorBookSQL Stripe App or use the service ("you").
2. The service
MirrorBookSQL reads data from the Stripe account on which you install the app and writes it into a database that you own and configure: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB or Oracle, depending on your plan. You can uninstall the app at any time from the Stripe Dashboard.
3. Your responsibilities
- You provide a database and a login that may create tables in one schema, and you keep it reachable from our IP addresses listed in the app settings.
- You are responsible for the security of your database, for who can access the copied data, and for your own compliance with data protection law. For the copied data you are the controller and we act as your processor (see the privacy policy).
- You must not use the service to connect to systems you are not authorised to use.
4. Plans, trial and payment
- Plans: Starter (SQL Server and Azure SQL), Pro (all databases except Oracle) and Business (all databases), billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our website. One subscription covers one Stripe account.
- A free trial of 3 days starts when you first save your database settings. No card is needed for the trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time under "Manage subscription" in the app. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- Sync pauses right away when the trial ends without a subscription, when a payment fails, when the subscription ends, or when your plan does not include your database. It resumes when the subscription is active again. Data already copied stays in your database.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail; the change applies from your next billing period.
5. Availability
We aim to copy changes within seconds and re-check recent events regularly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and outages of Stripe, Microsoft Azure or your database can delay synchronisation.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend the service if you breach these terms or if your use endangers the service or other customers. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling your subscription.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the app.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
