Who we are
MirrorBookSQL is operated by Lumii.me FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we"). Contact: support@mirrorbooksql.com.
What the service does
MirrorBookSQL is a Stripe App. When you install it, it reads data from your Stripe account through the Stripe API and writes it into a database that you own and configure. You are the controller of that data; we act as your processor while copying it.
What we store
- Your Stripe account ID.
- Your database type, connection string (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), schema, table prefix and selected tables.
- Sync status: cursors, timestamps, last error message.
- Billing status: plan, billing period, subscription status, trial end, and the IDs of your customer and subscription in our own Stripe account.
Payments for MirrorBookSQL are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Your card details and billing contact are held by Stripe and never reach our servers.
We do not store your Stripe objects (customers, invoices, payments…). They pass through our servers in memory on their way to your database. Operational logs contain object IDs and error messages but no customer personal data.
Where
The service runs on Microsoft Azure in the United Kingdom (UK West for the application, UK South for our database). Sub-processors: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Stripe (payment processing; also the source of the data you choose to copy).
Retention
When you uninstall the app we delete your connection string immediately and stop all access to your Stripe account. The remaining settings, sync status and billing status are kept for our accounting records and deleted on request, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You can ask for access to or deletion of the data we hold about you at support@mirrorbooksql.com. Governing law: the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
